4-month Management and Administration Visa

When applying for management and administration from outside Japan, it is usually done after completing all tasks such as sending capital from overseas, establishing a company, and securing an office. However, in the case of applying for a 4-month visa, it is possible to apply at the stage where all these preparations are being made, reducing the risk of making a large investment and not being able to obtain the visa.

If the 4-month management and administration residence status is approved, you can come to Japan and complete all tasks such as capital deposit, company establishment, and office securing within 4 months after arrival. The process is as follows:

Application Procedure:

1. Drafting of Articles of Incorporation
2. Creation of Business Plan
3. Application for Certificate of Accreditation
4. Issuance of Certificate of Accreditation
5. Mailing of Certificate of Accreditation to applicant's home country
6. Visa issuance procedures in applicant's home country
7. Arrival in Japan
8. Completion of all procedures within 4 months after arrival
9. Renewal procedures within 4 months
10. Commencement of business
